Im in Milwaukee and wish I could get to Madison during the week, but unfortunately the small people I'm in charge of are back in school. If you vet. Back this way again, both Boswell books and the lions tooth are fantastic bookstores here which would probably be right up your alley.
A room of ones own is a wonderful choice though and one of my favorite places in Madison:)
